The chargback department is the worst they closed my accounts assessed a bunch of fees and send me over to a collection agency. Been calling and asking for help but no one seems to care or want to help also Dana Flynn is very rude They has stop me from doing everything to move my company forward they are horrible. I wish there was a lawyer or somone who can help me 16,000 in chargabacks became 30 with all there fees and BS charges they have added if anyone can help please let me know Thanks You Very Mch

Hi i know what you mean we ended up with chargebacks as well due to someone committing credit card fraud. Innovative told me that transactions would not go through unless approved and legit they are liars i ended up with several chargebacks and they sent me to collections i hope a lawsuit is started soon.
