We terminated credit card processing with them after only 3 months due to POOR service (wrong equipment, wrong cables, wrong programming, etc). This was done in writing.
They continued to debit our checking account for the monthly minimum, claiming they never received my correspondence and it wasn't on their "form".
I kept getting promises of having the money returned. Four months, 23 phone calls (one to the President that went unanswered), 5 faxes later I still don't have my money back AND they charged me the $295 termination fee.
I also tried to reach someone at the VP level, but you can't ever get to them.
Monetary Loss: $950.
