I changed banks and was told to send fax and IMS would put a hold on it till I switched banks, so i did. I left a little money and went on.

When I went to close the old bank account I found out that IMS was still hitting the old account and now was -$200.00 plus some, I called again and finally got them to stop. The account was at -$400.00 plus.

Talked to bank and bank said IMS should make the correction. IMS didn't care, "ship ATM back or you'll owe us $500.00.

Maybe you should have called and asked IMS what there procedure was before you changed banks and did something you were told without checking first...I don't know of any company who puts your account on hold so you can change banks
